    Senior Account Executive / Business Development Director

    Major Responsibilities and Tasks: List those activities which are performed in carrying out the position scope.

    Impeccable presentation skills - given the individual could be presenting to the likes of Apple, Facebook, Google and Microsoft
    Experience of pitching complex and sometimes bespoke technical solutions at C-Suite level
    Strong negotiator with Board Level exposure
    Ability to take the lead on high value bids from enquiry through to order placement
    Willingness to travel extensively with the US and globally to support opportunity development and business growth
    Expected to be an active member and contributor to the Global DC Team
    A "door opener" with unrivalled levels of tenacity to support business growth
    Good level of technical aptitude gained either from the DC sector or the wider HVAC sector
    Commercially astute with experience of negotiating complex commercial contracts
    KPI's to include Annual Order Intake v Budget, Value of the Opportunity Pipeline, Hit Rate (No of Projects Ordered / Number of Projects Quoted)

    Position Qualifications: Minimum requirements desired to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.

    Bachelor of Science Degree
    5-7 years’ experience in Data Center sales
    Currently active in the USA DC sector
    Holding, or has held, a similar senior account management role
    Experience of ITC Cooling solutions would be highly desirable, but is not mandatory
    High level of global DC knowledge, the key market drivers and mega trends - needs to talk and understand the DC language
    Existing network of contacts within the USA DC community including Hypersecaler DC developers and owners
    Strong networker with ability to communicate at all levels within organisations both internally within FG and externally with project developers, design consultants, contractors and DC operators
