FläktGroup SEMCO Announces New Leadership: Tom Rice Appointed President/CEO

[Columbia, MO, March 1, 2024] – FläktGroup SEMCO, a leading provider of innovative air solutions, is pleased to announce changes in its leadership team, effective March 1, 2024. Tom Rice, a seasoned professional with over two decades of dedicated service to SEMCO, will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Tom Rice embarked on his journey with SEMCO on March 1, 2000, as an Inside Technical Sales Associate. Since then, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and a deep understanding of the industry, steadily advancing through various roles within the organization. Throughout his tenure, Tom has held key positions including Regional Sales Manager, Product Manager, Technical Sales Support Director, Director of Sales, and most recently, Vice President of Sales.

During his tenure, Tom has been instrumental in spearheading numerous strategic initiatives and overseeing significant projects that have contributed to the sustained growth and success of FläktGroup SEMCO. His unwavering commitment to excellence, coupled with his comprehensive industry knowledge, has been pivotal in driving the company's continued revenue growth and market expansion.
